Booking
Send an inquiry through the contact form. I'll reply within 24 hours to confirm availability and answer any questions. A 50% retainer and signed contract secures your date.
Yes. Florida marriage licenses are issued by county clerks. There's a 3-day waiting period, waived if you complete a 4-hour premarital course. I can point you to the right resources for your county.
The retainer is non-refundable if you cancel within 90 days of your wedding. For cancellations before that window, the retainer can be applied to a rescheduled date that's available on our calendar.
Travel
Yes — I photograph destination weddings throughout Florida, the Southeast, and anywhere in the world. Travel fees apply for weddings more than 60 miles from Tampa. Ask me for a quote.
I'll travel anywhere in Florida for the Destination Engagement package — reach out for a custom quote based on your location. For out-of-state sessions, reach out for a custom quote — I love any excuse to travel.
Packages
Anywhere in Tampa Bay — waterfront parks, historic neighborhoods, your favorite coffee shop, or somewhere that feels like you. I'll help narrow it down.
Absolutely. Every package includes a full print release. You're free to print anywhere — though I'm happy to recommend professional labs for the best results.
Yes. You can add an engagement session any time before your wedding date — it doesn't have to be decided at booking. Just let me know and we'll get it scheduled.
Day Of
Florida weather moves fast. We'll watch the forecast together and shift timing if needed. Overcast light is often beautiful — and a little rain makes for unforgettable photos.
I help with the photography side — location scouting, timing for golden light, and logistics for your session.
Directing posing and letting things happen naturally are both part of the wedding day photos. One area we direct you would be formal portraits, and we will also help you plan all these details and shot lists in your pre-wedding consultation. I love letting things flow naturally in other parts of your big day.
In the rare event my camera fails, I do bring a second camera body, extra lenses, and plenty of extra batteries and flashes.
Delivery
Gallery delivery timelines are listed per package. Rush 2-week delivery is available for an additional fee. Videography delivery follows a separate timeline.
Albums
Yes, one Heirloom Album is included in our Luxury Wedding and Destination Elopement packages, and they can be added to any other package. The album is 10" by 10" with flush-mounted lay flat pages featuring thick archival paper. Albums are designed by me, with our top photo picks, and printed by a professional lab to professional photographer standards.
