Yes — HDR imaging is delivered at MLS-compliant resolution, with high-res files available for print and digital use too.
Once you receive your photos after your shoot, select the images you want staged. You can provide us with a style and specific requests, or let our CAD drafter design your room's layout. If you select multiple angles showing the same space, they will show the same furniture and design elements for consistency.
Booking
Every property is different and the services chosen for one appointment will affect our required time. Smaller properties typically need approximately half an hour for a photos-only appointment. Very large properties with a bundle of multiple services often use a second photographer to reduce the appointment time.
Besides a premium real estate virtual tour, the iGuide can be used for getting your company's space into google business listings or hosted on your own site for clients to see before they visit. The iGuide can also be used for documenting property damage for disaster recovery, insurance claims, and filing permits for construction projects. Clients receive laser-accurate details and save time in the filing process.
